    Windows 10 Computer Freezes

    Hi,

Having problems with Dell XPS8000 running latest Windows 10 randomly freezing, i.e. cursor freezes, Ctrl + Alt + Del does not work. Only option is hardware reboot. Computer will freeze sometimes once a day, sometimes several times a day. I've run memtest86 with 9 passes and no errors. No recent software or hardware has been installed.

    Windows version: 1903

At different times, a few different stop codes have been displayed including:
    Page fault in nonpaged area
    IRQL not less or equal
    Unexpected kernel mode trap.

I've attached the results of the V2 log collector.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Mitchell

Check if there are any firmware updates for your SSD (Download Intel(R) SSD Data Center Tool (Intel(R) SSD DCT))
Test your SSD with Intel SSD ToolBox (Download Intel(R) Solid State Drive Toolbox)
Test RAM with HCI Memtest (Test RAM with HCIDesign Memtest | Sysnative Forums)
Test drivers with Driver Verifier (Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10)

Here are the results of the previous suggestions:

Check if there are any firmware updates for your SSD (Download Intel(R) SSD Data Center Tool (Intel(R) SSD DCT)).
Documentation indicated 1 newer firmware version, however Intel(R) SSD Data Center Tool indicated SSD was up to date.

Test your SSD with Intel SSD ToolBox (Download Intel(R) Solid State Drive Toolbox).
    Toolbox indicated SSD was good.

Test RAM with HCI Memtest (Test RAM with HCIDesign Memtest | Sysnative Forums).
Ran 4 instances of Memtest with over 1400 passes and no memory errors.

Test drivers with Driver Verifier (Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10).
Ran verifier for over 24 hours with no errors.

I forgot to mention in original post that I have also run CCleaner to fix registry errors and sfc /scannow.
