    1) Create a new restore point:
Create System Restore Point in Windows 10

    2) Learn the reset and bootmode commands to turn off the tool

    3) Customize the tool to test all non-Microsoft drivers and start testing with the three tests displayed in the Ten Forums link

    4) Plan to use the tool for 48 hours and after the last BSOD an additional 36 hours

    5) There can be performance problems and slow boot while using the tool.

    6) If there are no BSOD for several hours then increase the customized tests by 3 -5 / hour to the approximate 19 customized tests in the Microsoft link.

    7) If there are any performance or boot problems reduce the number of simultaneous tests

    8) For any BSOD:

    a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

    b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    Update

I was busy for few days and I delayed the test.
However, it looks like the problem is gone... Laptop now go to sleep mode and shutdown without any problems...
I am not sure how and why... Should I still proceed and do Windows driver verification?

    Thanks a lot!

So, I was googling around and found that file is Keyboard Driver, witch is associated with Hp Hotkey Support driver.
I tried few version I found on the internet but problem stayed the same.

Do you have any tip for me? Am I right about connection between keyboard and hotkey driver?

Thanks for your help, you are the MVP!!

Fn + esc opens HP system information.

    Product name
    Product number
    Software build number
    Total memory
    Processor name
    System BIOS
    Keyboard revision
    Serial number
    Feature byte

    Make a new restore point:
Create System Restore Point in Windows 10

This is a trial and error step:
    https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06085861

This is in addition to the misbehaving driver in the prior post.

These can all be downloaded and installed over existing drivers.
If prompted reinstall then perform windows updates.
Driver-Keyboard, Mouse and Input Devices (5)

See if this works on the computer.
It replaces HP software assistant and HP softpaq download manager:
