    Here they are.

And yes, this thread is old but I need the laptop everyday so solving this problem goes really slowly...
Anyway, it annoys me a lot and I am afraid that this could harm it on the long term.

Current troubleshooting, as I understood, Windows driver verifier leads to bad driver, however, I cant find working driver yet...

    What is happening is next:
When I try to shutdown the laptop screen goes dark but fans and lights keep on until BSOD. Also Windows cant update because it happens on every restart and after I manually restart it(by holding pwr button for 5 sec) it says "Windows couldn't finish update..."

    The first link was empty.
The logs displayed no BSOD since November 2019.

If the computer is having crashes that are not BSOD and / or other computer problems you can close this thread and open a new thread in the general or performance rooms

The reason last crash was back then is because I do not let the laptop to stay on long enough for BSOD to appear.
I often don't have enough time to wait for BSOD. After I click on "Shutdown" and the screen goes black, I just hold pwr button for 5 sec and turn in off on that way.

    What do you recommend?

Thanks a lot for the help!

Open a new thread to address the non-BSOD problems.

No one has yet replied to your new post.

Typically an opening post with BSOD does not get replies other than from the BSOD team.

A new thread was suggested for the non-BSOD problems.

So report new problems only in the opening post.

The last BSOD in the logs was November 2019.

If new BSOD occur they can be troubleshooted in the BSOD forum.

Firstly, thanks a lot for your patience and assistance!

I am bit confused in the moment tbh.
My problem(failing driver) is causing BSOD, right?
In this thread we came to that conclusion. Does that mean that we are over with BSOD part? And now I need to go and find working driver?

BSOD is still accruing (because I do not have working driver yet?), you can probably see it here: Attachment 270238

The logs did not display BSOD since November.

If there are non-BSOD problems then open a new thread to troubleshoot the non-BSOD problems.

If there are BSOD then run V2 to collect new files for troubleshooting.
