Multiple BSOD throughout the day -- The Return

Some RAM manufacturer's have lifetime warranties.
This would enable a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

If there is no warranty you have these options:
a) as Ztruker commented you can use one 8 RAM module at a time to differentiate the malfunctioning module.
The malfunctioning module should cause BSOD.
The good module should have a stable computer environment.
b) replace one Samsung RAM module with the identical SKU
c) replace both RAM modules (make sure modules are on the QVL)

Where is the RAM in this situation? The one under the orange strip is the SSD. Not sure where the RAM is.

Samsung displayed a users manual.
There was no repair manual displayed.

In the center of this image is one DIMM and RAM module.
The other is likely underneath the keyboard.

So should I pull on the transparent tab to remove the module and see what happens?

If a memory is soldered on the mother board, I cannot remove it right? I can attempt to remove the mother board and take a picture of the rest of the compartment to see if it has traces of the other module.

That is unfortunate. I would guess that there is no other solution other than just hoping it doesn't give a BSOD as frequently?
