    Consistant random BSOD while playing dota2


    Hi since last spring / early summer I get random BSOD while playing dota 2 I can go a week without one and get 2 in 5 minutes. Usually the image will freeze on all monitors, cursor or keyboard will not respond and there is an annoying kind of high pitch sound playing, After around 30 sec windows will display the BSOD
    Please help

    The problem looks as if it is hardware related. I would begin by monitoring the temperatures of the CPU while you are playing and see what temperatures are reached. You have a CPU which does not like temperatures going above 74°C.

    Please thoroughly fill in the My Computer section so we have a better idea of your whole system. Thanks.

    I have updated my profile with my spec, I will monitor the temparature when it crashes but I don't think I ever saw any (GPU or CPU) beign super high.

BSOD playing Dota2
