The temperature reached 85°C after about 1 minute and it kept rising so I stopped it. When I'm gaming it usually stays around 78°C even after a few hours.

So far the mini and memory dumps have not displayed misbehaving drivers.
Some of the BSOD did not create dump files.
Hardware testing didn't display any fails.
The second Memtest images and report were not yet posted.
If possible please include them in the thread.
Scannow displayed corruption which it repaired.
Chkdsk modified the drive file system.
    Windows was successfully upgraded.

Observe the computer post upgrade for stability / instability.
If there are any BSOD then upload V2 and post share links for memory dumps.

Which hardware components are available to swap?

The only spare component I have is my old PSU. Here are the pictures for the second memtest.

Plan to observe for stability /instability.

If there is/are any unexpected shutdowns /restarts > upload V2 and memory dump

I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver.

There's something I forgot to mention earlier. When I had fast startup activated in the power options, the first boot would always give me a black screen. The second boot would work normally, and there would always be a "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered" event. Ever since I disabled fast boot, I just get a black screen for 1 second with a device disconnected sound when rebooting. I'm not sure if that helps with anything, but I thought I'd mention it just in case.
