    1) Find a flash drive that you can format (> or = 8 GB)

    2) On a working computer create a bootable Windows 10 iso:

    Create Bootable USB Flash Drive to Install Windows 10

    3) On the problematic computer boot to the windows 10 iso

    List of PC brands with their corresponding hot-keys

    4) Open the windows advanced troubleshooting menu on the iso > command prompt

    5) Run chkdsk /r /v

    6) Perform an in place upgrade repair:

    Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

    7) Open disk management > by default some columns are compressed > widen each Status and Volume > make sure the contents within the parenthesis are in full view and that none of the characters are cutoff > view disk 0 > widen this row as needed so that all of the characters are in full view > post an image into the thread

    8) Download and install Minitool partition wizard > post an image into the thread
