    BSOD Downloading: 0x00000154

    Check Code: 0x00000154 UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION
    OS: Windows 10 x64 1903
    CPU: AMD FX 6300
    Mobo: ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z
    RAM: 14GB Corsair Vengeance
Video Card: Asus Radeon R9 280X

I was browsing and waiting for 2 things to download when suddenly everything froze and then Windows crashed with the above bug check code. Unsure exactly as to what caused it but my system has been "hanging" or randomly freezing when using Firefox and I have to restart my computer.

EDIT: Strange, no minidump was created at when the system crashed. O_o

Event log shows a lot of disk retries:

    Attachment 249811
    Attachment 249812

As you can see, the most recent was today.

Open a Elevated Command Prompt and run the following commands:

    diskpart
    list disk
    list vol
    exit

Right click on the Command Prompt title bar and select Edit then Select all.
Repeat and select Edit then Copy.

Paste results in a post here.

    Diagnostics Test
    HDD TEST

    Run HDTune to

    • check the health,
    • scan for errors, not quick scan but full scan
    • run a benchmark.

Run CrystalDiskInfo Portable and CrystalDiskMark Portable to

    • Check health of drive
    • Check performance of drive

You can also try the various options available with chkdsk.

During the crash there was no mini dump but there was a memory dump.
Please post a share link using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

    Code:
    Crash dump found at C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP
    Creation date: 09/22/2019 19:42:19
    Size on disk: 498 MB

The memory dumps can quickly disappear.
Please save it as soon as you see the post so that it can be debugged.

When available please post the HD Tune full error scan.

Please test all drives (large drive testing can be performed overnight).

    Consider SSD options.
This scanner may display some options:

    Crucial System Scanner | Crucial.com

    For any BSOD:

    a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

    b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive
