Daily BSOD (Can't run collector - Powershell in sysWOW64?)

Running dism /restorehealth repaired my powershell installation.

I've run numerous repair/test utilities including memtest, chkdsk, sfc /scannow, lenovo update, windows update, but still getting bsod once a day or so. The type of error has changed and I've attached a newer logCollector. Any insights highly appreciated.
