bsods gdvr.sys, after switching to uefi

I followed guide converted partition, while in cmd after booting in something like safe mode and set uefi only boot in bios. However i read it can cause problems and i have backup. But i would like to address this since i want use uefi.

I started having all kinds of bsod:
    gdvr.sys
    pagefault in non paged area...

    I tried sfc /scannow
    and chkdsk

I googled bsod and uefi and didn't find anything. I have also nothing under bluescreen viewer strange...

I tried repair system by updating using usb, but even that didn't help. When i am booting windows 10 i get often bsod with message gdvr.sys, while i didn't have bsod 2 years, so i am positive switching to eufi boot caused this.

I read system communicate with eufi bios more and old bios may cause instability. My motherboard gigabyte ga-b75m d2v, bios newest - f5.

    It happened again, bump...
EDIT: i try it test back in legacy mode and see...
