Bsod loop due to full disc, stop code inaccessible device.

I can't run chkdsk again at the moment because I can't get to anywhere from which to run it. The USB booted automatically before but now I get other errors as noted in my edits to the previous post. Sorry, I should have waited

I backed up the windows partition. There are three others on the drive including the one it kept asking me to format. One is called system reserved and I guess the other is bios/boot?

I finally managed to get it to boot from the USb using the bios. I ran chkdsk again on the drive that seems to be the windows installation drive. I'll include a picture of the results because I don't know what to understand from it. Attachment 247150

I backed it up using one of the included data recovery tools (Macrium or getdataback I forget which as I've used both) when I mistakenly thought it was the problem drive due to confusion over the letters. So I have what appears to be a complete copy of the windows drive on my media drive which happened to be the only thing that had enough space for an extra hundred gigs! (in other news I really need to cut down on data hoarding).

I only backed up the windows partition though, I'll see if I can find a way to do the whole disk. It'll probably take a whole day to complete though.

Is it time to cut my losses and attempt a fresh Windows install?

Do you know what that mysterious partition might be? Do you think it's a real partition or appearing as the result of a problem on the ssd?

Remove or disconnect these if possible while continuing troubleshooting your system.
Data (D:) 7.06 gb free of 931 (my other hard drive, down loads etc)

With the WinPESE_x64 (F:) 6.15gb free of 7.38 (sd card I'm booting from), are you able to see what’s taking up so much space on your Local Disk (C:) 1.17 gb free of 110 (Windows)?
NOTE: Depending on what’s on there, it might be worth acquiring an SSD with double the capacity: maybe even cloning into it.

--- There are ways to use Shift + F10 for troubleshooting procedures if that eventually becomes possible to work with.
But if it’s finally decided to do a clean install, you’ll be able to do so.

Clicking on U: says that it needs formatting. I haven't found a way to see where it is or what is on it.

I can easily remove E: but D: is inside the system itself so I'm not sure what to do about that.

--- That would be a good idea.
--- If you could get to about 20% free, it might become possible to boot into it.

--- I haven’t used KYHI’s Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk in quite a while.

The system has two internal hard drives, the ssd where windows is installed, and the other contains the downloads, documents, steam and other large data folders.
I cleared off a lot of the extra data on the windows drive last night, but it hasn't changed anything as far as I can tell.

I'll make a recovery disk just in case, I don't know what else to do
