The OP doesn't have a device to download to, (except phone), or burn on. Seems to only have command prompt.

You must know someone with a PC.

You could boot to a Command and try the efi replace, there are like four commands but I can't guarentee that will fix issue and could make it worse.

In the link for images you were able to run diskpart commands.

Can you open the same black box and run and post images?

Right, he ran his diskpart commands, not yours. My mistake. Sorry

    The images displayed: bcdedit /enum
The boot configuration data store could not be opened.
The requested system device cannot be found.

    There was no error code.

    bcdedit | "find osdevice"
displayed no message and was blank.

    1) run chkdsk C: /r /v

    Then:

    a) bootrec /rebuildbcd
    b) bcdedit /export c:\bcdbackup
    c) attrib c:\boot\bcd -h -r -s
    d) ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old
    e) bootrec /rebuildbcd

Add installation to boot list? Yes/No/All:
    f) type: Y
    g) reboot

An additional option is to use Macrium boot repair.
Caledon Ken has used it and may comment on it.
