Which hardware components do you have available for a swap?
Motherboard?
CPU?
Multiple hardware drivers seen in memory dump files typically implicate the motherboard.
The latest WHEA 0x124 displayed Micro-Architectural Error, processor 5 bank 0
The computer has dual GPU or Nvidia Optimus.
Intel(R) Core™ i7-9700K Processor (12M Cache, up to 4.90 GHz) Product Specifications
See if there is a motherboard port for the display.
If possible connect the display directly to a motherboard port and remove the Nvidia GPU.
Initially use the Microsoft default display driver to see how it functions.
Only if necessary install the Intel GPU driver.
If there are BSOD without the Nvidia GPU then remove one RAM module.
Evaluate for stability / instability.
If there are BSOD then switch RAM modules.
Perform the testing in the same DIMM.
Detach the cable or remove: Model ST4000DM004-2CV104

Unfortunately I have no spare hardware to swap available.
I will repeat the steps you gave in last post, but I did already have bsods pre gpu installation running on mobo graphics. I left the gpu out on the fresh install I did before this one to try to rule it out as the issue. I also tried operating pc with each ram individually in same dimm for the same purpose.
The only thing I have not tried is disconnecting the secondary drive.
Would you like me to repeat all of the above steps again? or shall I just disconnect HDD?
At this time it appears to be either motherboard or CPU.
Which components are under warranty so that you ask for a Return Merchandise Authoriztion (RMA)?
You could remove the second drive, GPU, one RAM module, and evaluate for stability / instability.
If there were BSOD you could place in safe mode and evaluate again for stability / instability.
Ultimately it likely will be motherboard versus CPU and this requires a swap or replacement to determine the malfunctioning hardware.
The CPU had passed IPDT and Prime95.
In other threads with WHEA 0x124 Micro-Architectural Error either motherboard or CPU replacement fixed the BSOD.

Ok thank you very much for all your help. The entire PC is under warranty, however some parts were purchased from a seperate stores, so the store (UMART) I got the mobo, cpu, ram, gpu and drives from refuse to run diagnostics. I was informed it was up to me to find the malfunctioning part, or to take it to an I.T store they are partnered with up just the road to do that for me.
As I do not have a spare mobo or CPU it looks like this might be the final option.
Thank you again for the help.
You are very welcome.
Please follow up and report the results.
Glad to help.
Just to follow up, mobo has been swapped out and pc has been running perfectly for a little under 2 days. No worries with downloads and can play any game without BSOD. No new BSOD's have occured since fresh install with new motherboard.
Nice progress.
That's great news!
Thx for the update.
