BSOD Shortly After Starup, Event Log indicates bad previous shutdown

I've been having a sporadic problem with BSODs on my computer in the last couple of months. In every case, it happens shortly after I've started the computer up that day - anywhere from one to fifteen minutes after startup. Also, in every case the System Event Log indicates the computer was improperly shutdown during the previous session. In all those cases, I chose Windows > Shutdown (usually at the end of the night) and let the computer power off on it's own. I didn't cut the power or force it off. The computer is also on a UPS, so it isn't suffering from a power failure either.

I suspect the problem is related to a bad PCI card providing 4 USB 3.0 ports and/or a bad hard drive. In the case of the PCI card, it just stops working from time to time. It will sometimes work again after a reboot. I don't trust it anymore and no longer have any devices attached to it.

The "bad" hard drive still works, but I stopped using it for storage after it made lots of loud noises on access.

Both of these pieces of hardware will be removed soon - USB card will be junked (no longer needed) and replacement hard drive (for storing videos and other data not requiring quick access) will be installed.

Only other symptom of note, probably related to one or both of the bad hardware items mentioned above is that on nearly every boot I get the system sound indicating USB found connected followed by the sound of it disconnecting a few seconds later.

Any help would be appreciated. I'd just like confirmation that the hardware I'm swapping (needs to be done anyway) will resolve this issue.

EDIT: Remove the 2 bad devices immediately (PCI card and HDD).

Only 2 uploaded memory dumps - and they're almost 2 months apart

Last Windows Updates installed on 20 July - suggest manually checking for and installing any available updates.

These devices are having problems in Device Manager:
    Code:
Renesas USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0 (Microsoft)	PCI\VEN_1912&DEV_0015&SUBSYS_00151912&REV_02\6&2746FD61&0&00180008	This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
Renesas USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0 (Microsoft)	PCI\VEN_1912&DEV_0015&SUBSYS_00151912&REV_02\6&3B085340&0&00100008	This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

Renesas USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0 (Microsoft)	PCI\VEN_1912&DEV_0015&SUBSYS_00151912&REV_02\6&3B79E02&0&00200008	This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
I suggest visiting the support site for your Asus motherboard to obtain and install the latest drivers for this/these device(s). If this is the PCI card that you're having problems with, the simplest test is to remove in and see if that stops the problems.

No BSOD's seen in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report - but lot's of Live Kernel Events.
This is sometimes symptomatic of a hardware issue. Also, your description of shutdown errors is also sometimes symptomatic of hardware issues.

June stack text shows your Intel graphics drivers - please update them
August stack text shows only ntoskrnl.exe - so there's not sure diagnosis for that.
Interestingly, the Intel graphic drivers are also seen in the August dump analysis
Intel graphics driver dates from 2018, so it's not all that old (but it's still advisable to update it if an update is available).

Razer, Saitek, and Logitech drivers all date from 2015/2016
Please download the latest versions and update these devices also.

Please update all Intel drivers, networking drivers and audio drivers from the Asus support site for your motherboard.
    These date from 2016/2017

2 options after all of this:
    A) Run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10 FYI - this is to help rule out software issues.
    B) Run these free hardware diagnostics (this is to help rule out hardware issues) Be sure to have removed/tested the PCI card first:
    1) Memtest86 (not 86+): MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool

    2) SeaGate SeaTools for Windows (test ALL hard drives - HDD/SSD/USB/etc): How to use SeaTools for Windows | Seagate Support US

    3) Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool: Download Intel(R) Processor Diagnostic Tool
Disregard if not using an Intel processor

    4) Furmark stress test for GPU: FurMark > Downloads
Read the instructions carefully and watch your system when testing.
If it starts spitting out problems and you can't shut it down - simply turn the system off/unplug it from the wall

    5) OCCT: OCBASE / OCCT
Read the instructions carefully and watch your system when testing.
If it starts spitting out problems and you can't shut it down - simply turn the system off/unplug it from the wall
