BSOD after fresh Win 10 install IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Windows was reinstalled because of the BSOD's and after doing so they have come back again. I've taken the steps to get the logs for you and attached them.

Update:
Bitdefender internet security 2020 (check updates in program)
BIOS (https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/m...-ASUS-2401.zip)
And tests RAM memory with memtest86 (MemTest86+ - Test RAM)

What is the warranty status of the computer components?

Turn off windows fast startup:

Make sure Windows defender is on.

For RAM testing please use Memtest86 version 8.2 > run two tests for four passes each
Find a camera or smartphone camera > take pictures of the results > post images into the thread
Also open the text file reports and post these with the images.
