    INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR and ntoskrnl.exe error

I've format my disk many times. I've got 2 SSD's.
    Samsung PM981
    Samsung 970 EVO
It doesn't matter. Close computer using by Start Menu, you always get a Blue Screen "Internal Power Error".
Your Laptop needs to Sleep? no you can't do this. Again a blue screen "Internal Power Error".
You must use your power button to close computer. No blue screen. I'm going crazy.
I'm using Monster Tulpar T5 19.1. If you don't know you can look. They have a beautiful site. They have a beautiful hardware support. (I'm serious). But not enough software support. I can swear them but i can't do this here.

    Here is my log:
    DESKTOP-QJ2E2FK-(2019-08-08_19-23-25)

I think you can help me. İf you can't, tell me. Because i'm going to thrash now.

    Thank you so much .

I cannot read the event logs as they appear to be in Turkish, however I can see that your laptop is kernel panicking during power state transitions.

Normally this is caused by a misbehaving driver that doesn't gracefully handle the system changing power states, and one of the crash dumps indeed shows this:
A driver has attempted to transition a component to idle without a preceding active request.

Here are some action items to ensure you are running current drivers:

    1. Update to the latest Samsung NVMe driver, you are currently using version 3.0.0.1802, and the latest release is 3.1. You can download the driver from Samsung's site, and they even have a guide on installing the driver.
    2. Upgrade your Nvidia driver, you are using a release from early this year, and the latest driver release for your GPU is from July.
    3. Use Intel's Support Assistant to check if you are running the latest Intel chipset and wireless drivers.
    4. Look on your laptop vendor's site or contact them to see if a firmware update is available for your laptop.
