    Using bluetooth headphones watching youtube video when this BSOD occured.

    Zip does not contain crash dump files so:
    1. In the startup and recovery settings, select the last option ("Disable automatic deletion of memory dumps with less than 25 GB of free space on the hard disk")
    2. If you use file cleaning software (like CCleaner), disable the option to delete memory dumps

    I experienced another crash.
    Uploading logs.

    My mouse cursor froze up. I tried turning my wireless mouse on and off again.
    When I unplugged my mouse dongle, my entire system immediately crashed and rebooted.
