Computer crashes randomly and video card power shuts off

I'm not sure 100% if the video card power shuts off to the unit but the led's on the card that show how much power is being used completely cuts off and displays none of the led's lit up. It will happen randomly, whether I am on the desktop, playing a game, watching a movie, etc. The video signal will cut off and the only thing I can do to get the computer to display anything is to restart the system. Attached below is the zip for the collector used on my system.

No memory dumps in the uploaded reports.
Error Reports folder shows a bunch of STOP 0x141: VIDEO_ENGINE_TIMEOUT_DETECTED
Take a look at this article (it's a bit old, but still relevant: Video TDR Troubleshooting

If you have another video card handy, it won't hurt to try it to see if that resolves the problem.
If not, then it may be in your best interests to purchase one from a shop that'll let you return it if it's not needed (for your money back). The STOP 0x141 errors without any memory dumps sounds like a hardware issue to me (just a hunch at this point)

What are the video card temps just before it shuts down?

Asus SABERTOOTH Z77 BIOS dates from 2013:
    - please visit the Asus support website for your motherboard to download/install the latest BIOS update
    - check with Asus to ensure that your motherboard is still supported with the latest versions of W10

Reports show that you have drives G:, H:, I:, and J: and all are 0 gB in size.
    Any reason behind this setup?

Last installed Windows Update was on 11 July. Please manually check for updates and install any that are available.

Sorry I haven't been able to get back to the computer as I was tied up with work. I appreciate the responses on it.

    @jdc1
I tried the Video TDR Troubleshooting to no avail unfortunately.

I will attempt to try my old video card and see if it alleviates the problem (though I don't want to go back to my 7970ghz card, lol).

The temps are usually pretty reasonable, approx 40-70c depending on usage (I can get to be much cooler by increasing fan speed, but it doesn't help the problem)

The BIOS was just recently updated and is the most recent one (did a clean install to Windows 10 when I got my Vega 56).

As far as the drives they are a 5.25" enclosure that for using SD & other format card slots. For some odd reason they always display the drive letters even though nothing is attached to them.

I updated and installed manually the latest Windows Updates and nothing to effect =/.

I suspected from starting to have the problem it must be my Vega card, will try switching it out and post results.

@zbook - Going to post a link to that file you asked about.

Update the specs in the "My Computer" section:

System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums
In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.
System Info - See Your System Specs - Windows 7 Help Forums

Include PSU. cooler, case, peripherals and anything attached to the computer by wired or wireless (mouse, keyboard, headset, printer, xbox, USB wireless network card, etc.)

    There were no BSOD seen.
The logs displayed approximately 15 crashes or unexpected shutdowns /restarts.
These entries in the event viewer also may appear with a power off.
The kernel dump did not display any misbehaving drivers.
With no BSOD > open a new thread in the general or performance forums to troubleshoot non-BSOD crashes.
