Third replacement laptop; still getting random BSODs

Hello, I am on my 3rd work issued laptop in the last 12 months. They keep replacing the laptop because they have all been receiving BSODs. Can anyone help analyze the BSOD dumps; I've attached the two latest BSODs from this 3rd laptop.

I have not noticed any coincidence with running software or any specific tasks that cause the BSOD. They just seem to be random. The previous laptop would BSOD every couple months and became more frequent as time went on.

First of all, you should test RAM with MemTest86 (MemTest86+ - Test RAM), and then you could use Driver Verifier with all standard settings and 2 additional settings mentioned in the article (Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10)

Thank you for the replies thus far. I just updated the system specs with what I could. I will also try to run the V2 log collector and upload it today. I'll have to have someone from IT run it since it requires admin rights otherwise I would do it now.

Also IT did run the built in Win10 memory test which passed. Does the built in memory test work? Should I have them run MemTest86 also?

    V2 Log Collector output attached.

IT wont run the DM log collector due to security concerns... What does the exe do? What information does it obtain that V2 does not? Is there a manual way to collect the additional information?

In the opening post it displayed work computer.

Is it a University or similar?

    What testing was already performed?

What are the plans to upgrade to the latest Windows Enterprise build?

DM has a longer duration of time for events.
(one BSOD dump file was dated April 25).

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    4) chkdsk /scan
    5) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
    6) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    7) The BIOS : Version 1.13.0
    Upgrade the BIOS: 1.13.0 > 1.15.1
    https://www.dell.com/support/home/us...15-5580-laptop

    8) Run Dell detect drivers > update drivers

    9) Run Dell diagnostics: (full test)
    https://www.dell.com/support/home/us...812n2/diagnose

    10) For all tests / steps post images into the thread.

    11) In case there are any problems posting images > post share links using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    Take Screenshot in Windows 10

How to Upload and Post Screenshots and Files at Ten Forums

    12) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    Code:
    Crash dump found at C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP
    Creation date: 06/27/2019 16:15:44
    Size on disk: 1658 MB

    13) The computer has no restore points.
Does the company make backup images?

    14) For any BSOD:

    a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

    b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    15) The logs displayed multiple:

    Code:

The laptop is provided by my contractor but it is joined to a gov domain. This just means that the laptop follows the gov baseline standards and policies. The hardware (Dell Latitude 5580) was tested and approved as the standard laptop model. Each driver goes through testing and approval process before they get pushed/installed to us. Unfortunately this also means I am not able to update the drivers to the latest until the new drivers get tested and approved. The laptop already has the latest approved drivers, BIOS, and firmware. If one of those things are suspected as being the culprit I can request that they get and test the latest driver/bios/firmware to upgrade.

Honestly I don't think they have done much of any testing/troubleshooting on this 3rd laptop. They looked at event logs, ran some diagnostics which passed, and said they would monitor the laptop. Previous troubleshooting resulted in them not figuring out the cause and replacing the laptop.

As far as plans to upgrade the Enterprise build I do not know. It may not even be in the works yet.

I am not sure what the Cisco Media Services Interface is but I will ask and see about requesting to get an updated version approved.

The BSOD for the current computer were approximately 2 months apart.

Please read these links on Windows driver verifier: (do not use the tool until it is communicated in the thread)
