    APC INDEX MISMATCH error

    A short background:

My Windows 10 was happy all along until 2 weeks ago when I wanted to upgrade to 1903. In the middle of something it got stuck. I uninstalled Avast and anti ransomeware and the installation was clean and smooth. I replaced Avast with bitdefender, I added antimalwarebytes and kept the antiransomeware (by cybersight). Everything worked again.

    For a week or so...

I opened VLC player when suddenly I got the BSOD with APC INDEX MISMATCH error. I upgraded all the drivers checked everything is in place, I even disabled the realtek audio but the BSOD kept showing up. Sometimes I was able to open Firefox, Android Studio, Eclipse and Delphi and it happened while I was away and sometimes it happened just by opening Firefox (after another BSOD shutdown).

I attach here a zip with the dump files, does it give any clue about what's going on?

    Thanks

    See:
Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10
And enable Driver Verifier with all standard settings and 2 dditional settings (force pending i/o request and irp logging)

Thanks, I read that it might cause a BSOD just to generate a dump file, what about the dump files I already attached?

From these files you sent to me, it is not possible to determine which driver was wrong

mmmm... I wonder if the new files will give any other info that the current files didn't...
I'm asking because I'm pretty frustrated from all this restarts in the middle of things...

Attached the 2 files generated based on the posting instructions.

I just had a new BSOD (without starting the verifier) so I hope these files will make more sense.
    Thanks

Your Gigabyte H81M-HD3 motherboard has a BIOS/UEFI that dates from 2015
Please visit the Gigabyte support website for your motherboard to download and install the latest version available for your system.

It appears that AVG and BitDefender antivirus are both installed.
Please remove one of them - it's strongly suggested that you only run 1 antivirus at a time (so they don't conflict with each other)

All of the memory dumps are STOP 0x1 errors: BSOD Index

I'm uncertain at this point, but I suspect a hardware issue. Most likely BIOS/UEFI/memory (which can be in the CPU, in the RAM, the motherboard, or even in the video card.

Please start with these free hardware diagnostics:
    1) Memtest86 (not 86+): MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool

    2) SeaGate SeaTools for Windows (test ALL hard drives - HDD/SSD/USB/etc): How to use SeaTools for Windows | Seagate Support US

    3) Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool: Download Intel(R) Processor Diagnostic Tool

Let us know the results and we'll move on from there.
    Good luck!

    All bugchecks were 1.

    1) When was the second RAM module added?
(The RAM modules are mismatched with different SKU)

    2) Uninstall Driver Easy and any drivers installed by the software.
Sometimes a system restore or clean install is needed.
Make sure all drivers are from the Gigabyte website.
For any additional drivers needed make sure they come from the component manufacturer websites: Intel, AMD, Nvidia, Killer Networks, Realtek, etc.
If the drivers can not be identified and if a system restore is not avilable then install all available drivers displayed on the Gigabyte website.

    Code:
    Driver Easy 5.6.12 5.6.12 Easeware 20190720

    3) Open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    Code:
    Crash dump found at C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP
    Creation date: 07/21/2019 23:48:03
    Size on disk: 1607 MB

    4) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    5) sfc /scannow
    6) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    7) chkdsk /scan
    8) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
    9) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    10) Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting.

    11) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings

    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery window into the thread

    b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > on the performance options window > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory window into the thread

    12) For any BSOD:

    a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

    b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

You mean from here: GA-H81M-HD3 (rev. 2.0) | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global
I saw 2 revisions, which is mine?
I used drivereasy and intel driver and support assistance and updated everything they told me, is it enough?
the problem began before I used drivereasy, I used it because of the problem

I have avg tuneup but its service is disabled. The antivirus was removed a long time ago. You say it's still there? how can I remove AVG antivirus completely?

I ran memory diagnostic of Windows and all was ok.

I added the second memory stick a long time ago, the computer worked with no problem for a long time after that.

Here is the memory dump link and the screenshots: WeTransfer
