    1) Use one of these for share links: one drive, drop box, or google drive.

    2) Please post a share link for the memory dump using one of the above share links.

    3) For virtual memory: (modify after posting the memory dump share link)
    a) move the dot from custom size to no paging file
    b) reboot
    c) move the dot to system managed size
    d) check the box to automatically manage paging file size for all drives
    e) reboot to maintain settings

    4) Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:
    a) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    b) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    c) sfc /scannow
    d) findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt"
    e) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    5) Look on the desktop for a new text file > post a share link into the thread

    6) Hash mismatch is a known problem for windows defender know known as Microsoft defender.
This may display corruption until there is an applicable windows or windows defender update.

    7) When using Sea Tools for Windows > post images of long generic tests into the thread

    8) Run AVG uninstall tool:
Install AVG on your PC, Mac | AVG installation files

    9) Run Bitdefender uninstall tool:
    Uninstall Bitdefender
How to uninstall Bitdefender from your Windows device

    10) Make sure Windows defender is on

    11) For any BSOD:

    a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

    b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    12) For the motherboard: (the logs did not display the version) (it appears to be version 1)

HI, thank you very much for your descriptive reply

1/2. My work computer is blocking wetransfer/google drive so I can't move it to google drive and share a link. In order to save time, is it ok to ask to check the wetransfer file until I gain access to my home computer again?

    3. The virtual memory change is a suspicious step of the BSOD or it has no relation?

4/5. Will do all that when I'm back home

    6. I understand that the corrupted files are all of windows defender? Hash mismatch is a known problem that can cause BSOD?

    7. I will add long generic when I'm home

    9. I understand why I should remove AVG completely, but what about bitdefender? is it a known source for BSOD? I ask because if I do a lot of things and the BSOD will be gone, I won't know what was causing it in the first place.

    11 b. See my point 1 above

    12. Should I install everything I see there (for win10 64b) including the utilities? I ask because they look unrelated, also the drivers are very old (as expected) so I wonder if I won't break things for incompatibility.

There are many share links that have links that can download potentially unwanted software, etc.
Some share links have agreements just to open and this consumes time to make sure that you are again not accidentally agreeing to something that may be unwanted or harmful.
One drive, drop box, and google drive do not put viewers at risk.
Please use one drive, drop box, or google drive.

Virtual memory settings can cause problems with dump file formation.
The temporary use of no page file changes the size from 23.4 GB to zero to start a new page file.

The hash mismatch is resulting in the displayed corruption.

Removing non-Microsoft AV and using Windows defender with malwarebytes is reducing confounding factors.

Install all drivers from the Gigabyte website that are already installed.
    Windows will update many drivers.
Third party driver websites can install unknown files.

I understand, I will put it in Google Drive when I'm home along with the other things mentioned before. I hope the dump will give more specific info.

Is there a way to fix this corruption/hash mismatch?

I wonder if to do the opposite and remove malwarebytes instead of bitdefender. I read that MB had a BSOD bug not long time ago (that was fixed)

While I execute all your other actions, here is a link to the memory.dmp + minidumps files: mDUMPS.rar - Google Drive

Let me know if you find anything while I prepare the other things, thanks

    - - - Updated - - -

I uninstalled the antiransomeware (cybersight) and antivrus (bitdefender) and kept antimalwarebytes. Do you consider malwarebytes and windows defender as enough protection to a pc?

Yesterday and this morning I worked only with the browser ("talking" to you) and all was well. I went to work, came back in the evening and it was BSOD all over. The dumps from my previous message is after that failure.

    3. I didn't change anything regarding the pagefile, let me know if after reading the dumps, it's still needed.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
    Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.
Attached CBS.log and sfcdetails, I didn't do anything, waiting for your instructions

    7. long generic takes too long and it's late here so if it's really needed, I will post the results later

    8. Removed AVG and AVAST completely, restart I will do after posting this reply

    9. I Couldn't find uninstall for bitdefender free but I uninstalled it in the add/remove programs and from the registry as well

    10. windows defender is on

    11. attached v2 log file

    12. I will skip it for now, if needed, I will do it later.

If I forgot something, let me know, hopefully the new information will shed some light

    1) Uninstall Driver Easy and Malwarebytes per prior posts
    2) Uninstall AVG Tune up
    3) long generic can be ran overnight
    4) Post new images of startup and recovery and virtual memory
    5) Uninstall Bitdefender:
Before You Download or Visit External Websites... • Raymond.CC

Please update the progress modifying the page file.

    Code:

    Total Physical Memory	15.7 GB
    Available Physical Memory	10.3 GB
    Total Virtual Memory	39.1 GB
    Available Virtual Memory	33.9 GB
    Page File Space	23.4 GB
    Page File	C:\pagefile.sys

    1. uninstalled driver easy, not yet malwarebytes - could not restart because long generic is running
    2. uninstalled avg tuneup, could not restart because long generic is running
    3. still running
    4. attached, not sure what do you expect to see.
    5. there is no version for free, used for antivirus plus, could not restart because long generic is running

not sure I understand this: Please update the progress modifying the page file - progress of what?

Did any of my previous actions did something? changed something? show anything new I can work on?
Did the dumps show anything? I don't even know if now it's ok. Sometimes the BSOD is just by opening the browser and sometimes it happens when I'm not even near the computer and sometimes browser, eclipse, android studio and delphi are working and no BSOD in sight (until it happens). If the dumps show something, what do they show? If the don't give any clue, what else can I do to help you help me with this?

    Thanks

Please see post #11 step #3:
    Code:
    3) For virtual memory: (modify after posting the memory dump share link)
    a) move the dot from custom size to no paging file
    b) reboot
    c) move the dot to system managed size
    d) check the box to automatically manage paging file size for all drives
    e) reboot to maintain settings

A Bitdefender driver was seen in the memory dump.

There could be other misbehaving drivers.

    Plan:
    Remove confounding factors
Increase the likelihood of creating usable dump files
If there are BSOD > debug
If there are no BSOD then after one week of stability reinstall preferred software
Use only one major always on AV software product at a time
