Thanks, jdc1. The only thing I have hooked up to this PC aside from a monitor and Ethernet cable is just a USB hub strip for my keyboard, mouse, phone, gaming headset, and controller. I will try running the machine with the majority of these items unplugged. So far, I haven't had any BSODs since performing all of the hardware tests. If/when it occurs again I'll update the post with new log files.

If you note, the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool performs many of the same type tests as Prime95.

When/if the system BSOD's again, please generate another V2 report and upload it.
I'm interested in seeing if there are any remnants of the ntiolib_x64.sys driver left on the system (and if it's involved with the BSOD's).

As for the Corsair software, please visit the Corsair website to ensure that you have the latest version installed.

Beyond that, I suspect another hardware component may be to blame here.
The first step would be to disconnect ALL unneeded devices (and uninstall their software). Then test to see if the BSOD's continue. This sort of hardware troubleshooting is a long, drawn out process because you have to wait for a BSOD after making the changes. I start with removing everything that's not needed in order to cut down on the time that this will take. More info on this sort of troubleshooting here (It's an older post): Hardware Stripdown Troubleshooting

Why do you have a hub? Looking at the manual it sure doesn't look like you would need one:

Because of the distance between by desk and my PC at the moment. Its better to have one USB wire trailing 2 feet than 4-5.

Suggest as part of your testing, remove the hub.

Thanks, will do. I used the hub for the better part of a year with my laptop without an problem, so I'll be surprised if its the culprit.

There's 2 ways to test the attached devices:
    1) you unplug them one at a time and wait to see if the BSOD's have stopped
    2) you unplug everything that you can and wait to see if the BSOD's have stopped

Obviously Step 2 will take a lot less time than Step 1

The wife had a W8 system that worked well with it's USB stuff attached for several years.
Recently we found that either the front USB ports, the USB cable, or the USB external drive went bad - causing severe problems.

    Its back

    Hello again,

After following all of the recommendations in this thread, my BSOD issue is back. As before the BSOD are random and only occur when Chrome is open and never while taxing the system. I've attached a new V2 Log, and a screen shot of my Intel Processor Diagnostic results. I'd appreciate any further advice you might have. Thanks.

No problems from July 21 to now? That's better than 4 months.

Did you ever try removing the Hub? You never posted back with any results after July 21 so we have no idea where you stand as far as following suggestions that were made.

Can you provide a status update on where you stand at the moment?
What changes did you make previously that allowed you to run for over 4 months?
What changes have you made recently?

Also, the zip file you uploaded is missing a bunch of folders and files:

This is what the new zip contains:
    Attachment 258121

This is what it should contain (from a previous zip of yours):
    Attachment 258122

From the log file: WARNING: C:\Users\arubi\Desktop\BSOD Utility\resources\elevated.ps1 not found!

Suggest you change the name from BSOD Utility to BSOD_Utility (no space), see if it works correctly then.

    Hi Ztrucker,

I had a medical issue come up that required surgery, so I wasn't able to to reply right away, and then I went back to grad school and pc issues got put on the backburner. I apologize for the delay.
The crashes are unpredictable to sometimes I go a few weeks or months without them. They've increased in the past week or so. I haven't changed anything aside from uninstalling Dragon Center, using a different monitor and getting a new keyboard and mouse about six weeks ago. The USB hub is no longer attached to the system, as its in a new position closer to my peripherals. I'm not sure what went wrong with my V2 Log. I got an error when I ran the script in Powershell. So I deleted the script and re-extracted it and Bitdefender quarantined the script even though I disabled the antivirus software. I've attached screenshots. I'll try it again
    Thanks again.

I've uninstalled Bitdefender and ran the V2 Log script again. I've attached the zip to this post, thanks!

How are you running V2? All you have to do is unzip it then double click on the log-collector shortcut. Is that how oyu are running it?
