HELP!!! BSOD due to HDMI??? Nvidia 780Ti

    Hi all,

So i purchased windows 10 home. Disconnected all unnecessary components. Using HDMI as that is my only available output. Formatted SSD and set to GPT. Tried to install windows 10 via disk... Kept crashing. Created USB boot from disk... Kept crashing. Took out battery from Mobo... Tried again... kept crashin, i endured and installed via USB after many hard restarts and got windows 10 OS working??? Crashing (always BSOD).
Two days before did the same thing with win 7... no issues.

After updating drivers (via brand name, most recent website driver downloads). Still crashing...

I was at my whits end and decided to take my pc to the local pc shop. He plugged it in via VGA... Guess what... Stable. I had to pay $20 to find out nothing was wrong with my setup.

Took pc home, plugged in HDMI. U guessed it, 2 seconds in BSOD. I have tried reinstalling Nvidia drivers(after uninstalling previous install of the same driver). Same problem. On top of this i cant get my resolution correct. During nvidia GPU driver install icons shrink to correct native then go chunky again toward the end.

I really can't use my pc properly and would prefer not to install old drivers.

Is anyone else having this issue? Can anyone please assist with a solution?

    Monitor: Samsung 65" smart tv.
    Mobo: asus crosshair v formula
    GPU: asus 780Ti
    Ram: Gskill 2x8 Gig
    SSD: Samsung evo 840

.... any luck? i am without a pc here....<br>I might add that i did read something about windows forcing driver updates and nvidia drivers clashing... This may be why my resolution keeps going back to being chunky. I did also see in appearance and personalization&gt;display&gt;screen resolution that settings there say it is set to native 1980x1080(3D) but below that there is an exclamation mark saying that&nbsp; resolution is lower than 1680x1260(some items may not fit on my screen). There is obviously something wrong here, i am hoping it is also tied to why i keep getting HDMI BSOD's. Working really closely together i see(as nvidia claims).

All of the dumps are exactly the same:
    Code:
    BugCheck 101, {18, 0, ffffd0003daa3180, 3}

    Probably caused by : Unknown_Image ( ANALYSIS_INCONCLUSIVE )

    Followup: MachineOwner
Nothing is being given away in the dumps at all unfortunately. STOP 0x101s can be down to a device driver (none are showing), a BIOS bug or a hardware defect. My first thought would be that the GPU itself has a problem, do you have onboard graphics you can use for testing purposes?

So if it is a GPU issue why is it working fine running through a VGA cable??? and why was it running perfect not 2 days ago on windows 7??? If it is a BIOS bug how would i fix it? i have searched the ASUS site and the last flash update for my MOBO was older than my MOBO itself. No on board graphics card.
