    Possible BSOD, bugcheck 0x0000001a

I am not sure if there was a blue screen because I wasn't in my room at the time, but when I got back the computer had restarted. I'm not sure if this is related, but my computer has become unresponsive twice before, once earlier today and another time earlier this month. Both times I was watching videos and the audio would glitch/stutter and it won't let me do anything when this happens.
The event log had no information about those two times, however when I checked the log after the computer had restarted today there was a bugcheck error:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001a (0x000000000000003f, 0x0000000000007c91, 0x000000008dbff87e, 0x000000008dc0f87e). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 5e7e0e40-c368-4b82-b70a-9036b44f0b4c.

UEFI dates from 2017, please check at the ASRock support website for updates.

In the past the ASRock App Charger was known to cause BSOD's (I haven't seen them recently tho')
The driver for this dates from 2012 - so I'd strongly suggest either updating it (if it's available) or uninstalling it.

Speedfan's driver dates from 2012 also. I'd suggest updating it or uninstalling it.

Realtek PCI-E Wireless LAN driver dates from 2013. Please update this one also

    AsrAutoChkUpdDrv.sys dates from 2014.
I suspect that this is some sort of ASRock auto update utility.
Please update it or uninstall it also

Realtek High Definition Audio Function Driver dates from 2015
    Please update it also

If these updates don't fix things, then I'd suggest starting with:
    - MemTest86 (not 86+) as it will boot from UEFI: MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool
    - SeaGate Seatools (run from within Windows) Test ALL drives: How to use SeaTools for Windows | Seagate Support US

Post back with the results and we'll move on from there

The MEMORY_MANAGEMENT bug check has a value of 0x0000001A. This indicates that a severe memory management error occurred.
1st parameter = 0x3f - An inpage operation failed with a CRC error. Parameter 2 contains the pagefile offset. Parameter 3 contains the page CRC value. Parameter 4 contains the expected CRC value.
I agree that you need to check and RAM memory and hard drives
