    metadeployprovider.dll - Info / IF Exist

Does anyone know what this library is?
It's related to the ADK/DISM/WindowsImaging API... but so far I cannot find any documentation on it.

Feel free to move this post to a correct subforum... I read the original category as BSOD crashes and/or Debugging

I'm not able to find much on this - but I tend to think that it's related to problems w/.NET rather than DISM
I've installed the ADK on my work system - and it doesn't show up there (I have .NET 3.5/4.5/4.6 installed).
I've also got a test system w/the latest Insider build - and it doesn't show up there either.

What is the problem that you're experiencing?
In general, here's some thing to try (make backups and system image first):
    - remove all .NET stuff, run .NET repair, then reinstall .NET only when it's needed
    - RESET w/Save My Files
    - REPAIR install
    - Reset w/Remove Everything
