    Finished playing the division 2 then random bsod


    I play games most days and browse ect , just regular stuff..
    But yesterday I played The division 2 for the first time in a while, the second I exited the game my comp blue screened...

    Sorry, we are not able to look at your dumps right now. The symbol files we depend on have not been loaded on the Microsoft Symbol Server so we get no meaningful info from them.

    I'll take a look at the other collected files to see if I can spot anything.

    One thing I see in Event log is this:
    Attachment 239051

    Suggest you disable Fast Startup, see if that has any effect on the problem.

    Thank you for taking the time to help.
    Ive now turned off fast startup.
    I restarted the comp because i wasn't sure if the setting had changed as there was no prompt after i disabled it..

    Its been over 24 hours since and as its the weekend we have had the comp on most of that time.. with games and online shopping and general usage and not had a bsod in that time..

    I look forward to see if theres any info once info is shown..

    Its been 12 days since that bsod but tonight It just happened again I was watching twitch

    I installed the latest driver (optional beta drivers) and I'll see how it goes.

    Hi I havnt ran ccleaner since the first bsod incase it deleted any dump files, is it ok to run it now that I have uploaded the files ?

    1) Ccleaner can be ran after checking the settings:

    click windows tab > scroll down to system and advanced > post an image into the thread

    2) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings

    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery window into the thread

    b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > on the performance options window > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory window into the thread

    3) The BIOS: Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 1103, 02/01/2014
