    Uninstall Xbox hardware and drivers:

    Perform these steps in sequence:

    a) Use the built-in troubleshooter:
In Device Manager, double-click Xbox 360 Controller for Windows.
Select Troubleshoot, and then follow the steps provided.

    b) Remove and then redetect the controller:
Right-click Xbox 360 Controller for Windows, and then select Uninstall.
In the Action menu, select Scan for hardware changes.

    c) Try updating the driver:
Double-click Xbox 360 Controller for Windows.
On the Driver tab, select Update Driver.

    For any BSOD:

    a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

    b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

In that case, many indications of damage to the controller. Can you replace a copy with another one?

You can also send back to the service the controller you have. It seems to me that there will be no problems with the replacement of the copy by the service

From what I see today, there has been a driver update for your graphics card (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/re...rad-win-19-7-1), but I do not know if installing a newer driver will help you. Honestly, I doubt it

The last crash was bugcheck 133 and windows created a memory dump.

Zip memory.dmp and post a share link into this thread.

    Code:
    Crash dump found at C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP
    Creation date: 07/07/2019 21:34:03
    Size on disk: 1505 MB

Is it possible that the batteries powering the controller could be causing a hardware fault?
