Number of different BSODs - Can't figure for the problem

Since building my PC back in February, I have been getting random BSODs which for the life of me I can't figure out. I've tried all the usual stuff (upgrade firmwars, drivers, memtests, you name it) but still can't get to the bottom of it. I even had my RAM replaced (as I thought that was the issue) but BSODs still happen with my new RAM.

You can find my System Information (.nfo) here.
    Full Specifications here.
You can find a multitude of dumps here. The last one dump (061819), is with Drive Verifier ON.
    V2 Collector Logs here.

All help is appreciated. I'm clutching at straws here.

Edit: I've just updated to Windows 10 to 1903, see if that makes any difference.

A full memory dump is needed (MEMORY.DMP in C:\Windows). Please, put him down

Would you like one with Drive Verifier ON or OFF? Please note, the BSODs happen at random times, so it might take between 10 minutes and a week for a BSOD to manifest (even with Drive Verifier ON)

So, I've turned on Full Memory Dump in Advanced System Settings. My PC crashed last night but produced no MEMORY.DMP. Any ideas?

    1) uninstall the Nvidia GPU driver using DDU (display driver uninstaller)
    2) re-install the Nvidia GPU driver from the Nvidia website
    3) make sure that you check the clean install box and if available install the physx driver.

Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.0.8 (or newer version if available)
Display Driver Uninstaller: How to use - Windows 7 Help Forums
    Download Drivers | NVIDIA

    4) Uninstall and reinstall: RTKVHD64.SYS

    5) In startup and recovery system failure change write debugging information to automatic memory dump > reboot to maintain settings

    6) For any BSOD:

    a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

    b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

Done. Will revert back with results.

Out of curiosity though, how did you come to the conclusion that it might be the graphics card driver or sound card? Thanks

Just had another crash, after updating both GPU and sound card drivers, but again no mini-dump/dump was created.

    1) Post new V2 and DM log collector results

    2) Make a new restore point:
Create System Restore Point in Windows 10

    3) How many customized tests had you used for windows driver verifier?

    3) Read these links on windows driver verifier:
Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10
    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...3-c48669e4c983

    4) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings

    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery window into the thread

    b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > on the performance options window > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory window into the thread

    5) If the computer has Ccleaner (do not install the software if it is not already installed) > click windows tab > scroll down to system and advanced > post an image into the thread

    6) For any BSOD:

    a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

    b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
