I did post links to Onedrive with screenshots of my scans. I also formatted D drive about a month ago when I first started having trouble with blue screens and d drive was mentioned to be scanned.

For C: there was some cleaning.
When available please post Sea Tools and chkdsk results for the second drive.

The drive file system can become corrupt.
Whatever files are located in that section are affected.
Ideally running chkdsk switches can fix the corruption.
If not then other options include formatting or deleting the partitions.

    The D: had some cleaning.

    The C: corruption was fixed.

Had you ran the Avast uninstall tool?

    Code:
Avast Driver Updater 2.4.0 AVAST Software 20181111

Is the backup image up to date?

Yeah I ran the avast uninstaller so now I have no antivirus. I backed up my drives with EaseUS to do backup

    1) Please run the Avast uninstaller while in safe mode:

Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10

    2) Make sure Windows defender is on.

    3) Read this link on Windows driver verifier: (do not use the tool until it is communicated in the thread)
Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10

Ok I did that but it didn't removed everything so I had to do a search in registry to find avast stuff and deleted those. Now what's next?

Windows driver verifier will stress test drivers and misbehaving should produce BSOD dump files.
The dump files are then debugged to find misbehaving drivers or malfunctioning hardware.

    The tool has customized settings.
All non-Microsoft drivers will be tested.
Customized tests will start with 3 and will be increased to 19.

Start with the 3 customized tests in the Ten Forums link:
Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10

Increase the number of customized tests by 4 - 5 /hour up to 19 in this link:
    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...3-c48669e4c983

The tool will be run for 48 hours.
Then for an additional 36 hours after the last BSOD.
If there are no longer any BSOD that will conclude the use of the tool.

While using the tool the computer may have decreased performance and boots may become very slow.

    Before starting the tool:
    a) Make a new restore point
    b) Make sure the backup image is up to date
    c) Learn the windows advanced troubleshooting menu commands to turn off or recover from using the tool

    For any BSOD:

    a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

    b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive
