Ok system service exception error blue screen

So what the code part mean? I ran sfc and nothing comes up corrupt. I will try the rest tomorrow.

8) For any BSOD:

a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
> if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

It did say something about files that were allocated and it fixed it. Whatever that means.

1) The chkdsk switches for C: displayed multiple problems including corruption:

Correcting errors in the master file table's (MFT) BITMAP attribute.

Correcting errors in the Volume Bitmap.

Windows has made corrections to the file system.

2) For startup and recovery system failure change kernel memory dump to automatic memory dump.
Reboot to maintain settings.

3) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings

a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery window into the thread

b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > on the performance options window > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory window into the thread

4) Uninstall Avast with the applicable uninstall tool:
Avast Uninstall Utility | Download aswClear for Avast Removal

5) Make sure windows defender is on

6) Rerun administrative command prompt: chkdsk /r /v C: > post a share link for the event viewer results into the thread

7) Avast Uninstall Utility | Download aswClear for Avast Removal

8) After completing all of the above step make a backup image using Macrium:
Macrium Software | Your Image is Everything

I was just surfing the internet and all of a sudden I get the blue screen.

Could it mean my hard drive is getting bad. I did chkdsk scans the other day on all 3 of my drives and it found nothing.Microsoft services
