BSOD While playing any game (0x000000D3)

    Hello,
I have had this problem for longer than 3 months and at one point I got so irritated i just left it alone since then. However recently ive been using my computer more and am having a hard time to do anything. Whenever I try to play any game on Steam, I get to play for anywhere between 5-30 minutes before I get a BSOD. Ive tried Re-Installing Windows twice now off of a USB and both times have failed to fix my issue. So here I am hoping i can get this resolved.

*Edited This in at the End*
    Things I've Tried:
    - Re-Installed Windows
    - in CMD I've ran "sfc /scannow" - Found Nothing
    - Did a Memory Diagnostics Test - Found Nothing
    - Using the Blue screen Viewer i found a program called ntoskrnl.exe causes the BSOD

    Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 Home x64
    Mobo: AsRock 970 A-G/3.1
    CPU: AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core Proccessor
GPU: EVGA Geforce 960 SSC 2/gb
    RAM: ADATA Premier Series - DDR3 - 2x 4 GB - DIMM 240-pin - 1600 MHz / PC3-12800 - CL11 (I dont know anything about RAM however i know DDR3 is terrible)

    (No Manual overclocking on anything)
    Attachment 233368

Hello ChadK and welcome to TenForums

There are one or two drivers that are picked out in the crash dumps but I am not convinced they are the cause. Firstly I would like you to run a comprehensive memory test and report the results.

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

    Note   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

    Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.

I have ran all 8 complete passes. But i forgot to take a picture of it as i did just wake up and had to get to work. No errors where found however the only thing i realized while the passes ran was it said I had 8 Cores for my CPU(Which i do) however there was only 1 active. Not sure if that matters in this case just thought id mention it.

    1) For any BSOD:
    a) Immediately upload results from the BETA log collector

    b) Open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\windows\memory.dmp > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    Code:
    Crash dump found at C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP
    Creation date: 05/10/2019 20:34:12
    Size on disk: 651 MB
    2) Post a zip for the latest memory.dmp

    3) Uninstall: Driver Booster 6 6.4.0 IObit
    COMPLETELY remove IOBit -

    IObit.Com Forums

    4) Update the specs in the "My Computer" section:

System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums
In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.
System Info - See Your System Specs - Windows 7 Help Forums

Include PSU. cooler, case, peripherals and anything attached to the computer by wired or wireless (mouse, keyboard, headset, printer, xbox, USB wireless network card, etc.)

    5) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    6) sfc /scannow
    7) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    8) chkdsk /scan
    9) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
    10) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    11) Make sure that there is no overclocking while troubleshooting.

    12) For all tests/steps it is important to be able to view results.
For Memtest we prefer using Memtest86+ version 5.01 testing for DDR3 RAM.
It does take longer than some other memory testing software.
In this case please retest the RAM using Memtest86 version 8.1 for 4 passes.
Repeat the testing so that there are a total of 8 passes.
MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool
The testing can be performed overnight.
Find a camera or smartphone camera a take a picture of each test result.
Post both an image and a text report for each test using share links (one drive, drop box, or google drive)

There have been many different bugchecks.

To reduce confounding factors please uninstall Norton using the applicable uninstall tool:
Uninstall and Reinstall Norton product using the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool

Make sure Windows defender is on.

If the computer is stable for one week (no BSOD or unexpected shutdowns/restarts) then reinstall Norton or continue using Windows defender.

    1) Please uninstall Norton / Symantec during the troubleshooting.

    2) uninstall the Nvidia GPU driver using DDU (display driver uninstaller)

    3) re-install the Nvidia GPU driver from the Nvidia website

    4) make sure that you check the clean install box and if available install the physx driver.

Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.0.8 (or newer version if available)

Display Driver Uninstaller: How to use - Windows 7 Help Forums

    Download Drivers | NVIDIA

    5) When available please post images and text reports from RAM testing in DIMM 1 and 3.
