I believe that I have completed the list of things that you asked for in the above. Let me know if I missed any thing, or need to do anything else. I did not have any BSOD in the process of doing all the tasks.

1) For Ccleaner uncheck:
a) Windows log files

2) For startup and recovery system failure:
a) change kernel to automatic
b) keep automatically restart unchecked
c) reboot to maintain settings

3) For Virtual memory:
a) move the dot from custom size to system managed size
b) check the box to Automatically manage paging file size for all drives
c) reboot to maintain settings

4) Make a backup image using Macrium:
Macrium Software | Your Image is Everything

5) Save the backup image to anther disk drive (not another partition on the same drive)

6) Make a new restore point:
Create System Restore Point in Windows 10

7) Read this link on windows driver verifier (do not use the tool until it is communicated in the thread)

I don't have another drive on my system, normally how much space is need for a back up image? I have completed the ccleaner, startu & recovery, and virtual memory fixes. Could a jump drive work, I have a 64GB one?

Ideally when making a backup image the image is a backup for drive failure.
In this case it is an extra precaution while using windows driver verifier.
The image can be saved to another drive, to the cloud, or to another partition on the same drive.

Others may know the approximate image size.

Most often windows driver is ran without a backup image.
With the history of registry cleaning it was an extra precaution.

What do you or anyone else watching this thread/problem suggest that I do at this point? My comupter in C: states 821gb free of 909gb, and I don't know if that can be of any help.

A restore point is typically used as a backup option when running the tool.

Approximately six months ago a 4 TB external HD was $100 to $110 on sale.
Recently a 5TB was similar in price.
Consider getting a 1 TB external HD.

We noticed this morning that this BSOD screen no longer shuts off after running to 100% like it has, we have to power off via our power strip, and it powers up without any issues. It seems that this started after I did the startup and recovery and virtual memory changes that were suggested. My next move will be to make a backup image using Macrium as suggested and wait for any comments/new instructions to go on to the restore point.

The default Windows setting is automatic restart after BSOD.
It can be easy to miss a BSOD after automatic restart.

With automatic restart unchecked you should see the BSOD window with bugcheck and : )
Sometimes you may ee a misbehaving in the form *.sys

Once you are comfortable with the computer's windows advanced troubleshooting menu, have a backup image, a new restore point, and understand how to turn off or recover from using the tool you can start the tool.

For any BSOD:
a) Immediately upload results from the BETA log collector

b) Open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\windows\memory.dmp > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

In your paragraph three above you referenced - understand how to run off or recover from using the tool. Are you refering to the windows driver verifier? Your #7 stated read this link on windows driver verifier (do not use the tool until it communicated in the tread). Did not receive a link for the read portion.

Just looked at Macrium Software, it costs $70.00 to download, or am I missing something about this product. That is more than my McAfee Total Protection for a year, last subs was $31.00 for 12 month.

Neither. There is also a Free editon, licenced for both home and business use. That is sufficient for most users (myself included). The paid-for/trial editions add Incremental images and Rapid Delta restore, but these are 'nice to have', not 'essentials'.
