need help diagnostic the freeze error in log collector, file in post

newly built keep freezing mid gaming no matter the game.

please find attached file for crash logs from log collector v2 beta, all i can get from it is error 10016 which is usually harmless, after testing my rig one by one i'm almost certain the reason for those freezes is drivers conflict.

    please help.

Welcome to tenforums @neange. There were no BSODs, no dumps.

Looking at the files you uploaded, the first thing I noticed is the driver for your Nvidia RTX 2070 is older. I don't know if this is intentional or not.

You have version 416.94 dated 11/12/2018.
There is a version 425.31 dated 04/11/2019 available.

Remove and install latest Nvidia drivers:

Get the latest driver for your Nvidia card here: NVIDIA Driver Downloads
Completely uninstall the current Nvidia display drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from WagnardMobile here: Official Download Here. Do this in Safe Mode.

Then do a custom install of only the Nvidia Graphics and PhysX driver.

See if that gets rid of the problem.

    Also check/monitor temperatures.

    Test your RAM:
    ===================================================
Up through DDR3, follow this tutorial: MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums
DDR4, follow this tutorial: MemTest86 v8.1 Free Memory Testing Tool Review

Both of these are diagnostic tools designed to test Random Access Memory (RAM) for faults. They will verify that:
    • RAM will accept and keep random patterns of data sent to it
    • There are no errors when different parts of memory try to interact
    • There are no conflicts between memory addresses

They run from bootable media to isolate the RAM from the system, no other components are taken into account during the test.

    warning   Warning
MemTest86+ and Memtest86 need to run for at least 8 passes to be anywhere near conclusive, anything less will not give a complete analysis of the RAM. The new version of Memtest86 only allows 4 passes for the free version so run it twice, back to back.

If you are asked to run MemTest86+ or Memtest86 by a Ten Forums member make sure you run the full 8 (or 4+4) passes for conclusive results. If you run less than 8 passes you will be asked to run it again.

    Note   Note
Both of these diagnostics has been known to discover errors in RAM in later passes than the eighth pass. This is for information only; if you feel there is a definite problem with the RAM and 8 passes have shown no errors feel free to continue for longer.

Running 8 passes of MemTest86+ or 4+4 passes of Memtest86 is a long and drawn out exercise and the more RAM you have the longer it will take. It's recommended to run it overnight, starting just before you go to bed and leave it overnight.

Take a picture when done and post in the forum please.

    Test your hard drive:
    Diagnostics Test
    HDD TEST

    Run HDTune to

    • check the health,
    • scan for errors, not quick scan but full scan
    • run a benchmark.

Run CrystalDiskInfo Portable and CrystalDiskMark Portable to

    • Check health of drive
    • Check performance of drive

You can also try the various options available with chkdsk.

The computer's operating system is enterprise.
Please explain the use of this version.

    further updates:
pair of rams that passed 8 passes each of memtest86+ with 0 errors were the culprits which was why took a while to figure out, here is the model:

    https://pcpartpicker.com/product/QDh...6gx4m2c3200c16

once plugged in and tested, the first stick takes 10 to 20 minutes of gaming to freeze while the second takes like 2 hours max to freeze, and this has been tested one by one for several times.

i didn't configure anything and just let the bios decide everything on auto, do i need to make a specific setup for them or are they just faulty ?

i'm waiting for a spare but it will take days to arrive.

i run intel CPU Diagnostic tool, it said PASS for all tests, so i run prime95 blend stress test for 6 hours straight, there was no crash and no errors, cpu usage was 100% the entire test and temp never passed 70 degrees, might try to run the other tests overnight later.

i pulled out the CPU and checked the pins and the thermal paste (followed tuto on youtube) and everything looked fine, no dents and thermal paste was done nicely, checked for faulty sata cables too.

CPU: physical CPU looks fine, IPDT and prime95 tests are conclusive, will continue tests later.

GPU: tested with 3dmark and furmark, swapped for a tested working GPU same model and the freezes still happens.

RAM: i did run memtest86+ for 16h\8 for the pair and 13 passes for passes each with no error, tested every stick in every slot too.

PSU: returned it to the retailer and he gave a different one the same model, Cooler Master - 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (RS650-AFBAG1-US) - PCPartPicker

DISKS: tested with USB Seatools Boot file for long generic test, do i need to test with other softwares ?
MOBO: updated to 1.6 bios flash, should i reset and update again ?

the freezes are happening because of ram but i don't know if it's because of voltage or bad bios or the rams are just faulty.

hwinfo results while 3dmark was running with cpu-z screenshots.

edit 1: windows is enterprise because the license can be sold on europe, i upgraded from pro because the retailer argued that ltsc is more stable especially if i'm not gonna use ms edge or ms store, candy crush..etc.
