    Randomly BSOD (kernel-power ID 41)

    Hello,
I set up my computer about 4 months ago and in the last three weeks I've had a lot of headaches. I contacted Microsoft support for several days and have done a lot of things on my computer, from a clean format, such as installing / uninstalling and updating drivers, I already did a clean installation and I used only the windows drivers, I already did a clean installation of the windows and I used all updated drivers directly from the Gigabyte website. I have the latest BIOS version and the operating system updated to the latest version.

The BSOD problem is that it occurs randomly, it happens that I use the computer for two days without having any problems but sometimes it happens several times in a row simply with the browser open or after restarting it.

Microsoft support said I had bad blocks on my SSD (I also checked and the software said I did not) but I still bought a new one. I've circled the memtest for 13 hours without charging any errors, play games quietly without any kind of error (the BSOD is very random).

Here are the last two (after a clean install using latest drivers from Gigabyte) dmp files: 041619-6218-01.7z041719-7343-01.7z

Can someone point a light to me? Thank you

Please follow the direction posted at the top of your thread (the yellow attention box). There are files other than the dumps that we need to look at.

Post the resulting zip file here please. I'll look at what you've uploaded so far.

Edit: The dump doesn't contain any useful data. Need to see the rest of the files the Beta log collector gets.

There should be a full dump in C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. If it's there, please zip it up and upload to a file sharing site like OneDrive and post a link to it here so I can get it.

    Crash dump found at C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP
    Creation date: 04/17/2019 21:06:08
    Size on disk: 714 MB

    The MEMORY.DMP shows a problem with nvlddmkm.sys.
    Code:
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
     nvlddmkm+0x2a4777
    Driver Description: nVidia Video drivers
    Driver Update Site: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

You have Nvidia Ver 419.67 dated 2019/03/16.
There is a newer one available: Ver 425.31 dated 2019.4.11

Completely uninstall the current Nvidia display drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from WagnardMobile here: Official Download Here. Do the uninstall in Safe Mode.

Then do a custom install of only the Nvidia Graphics and PhysX driver.

See if that gets rid of the problem.

Check S.M.A.R.T with HD Tune and update firmware to your SSD to version SBFKB1C3 with Kingston SSD Manager (before back up your files) (SSD Manager - Monitor Drive Health and Usage | Kingston)

The 4/22 dump indicates a problem with intelppm.sys.
    Code:
    ffff840d`34c7f5d8 fffff804`74cb1193Unable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\intelppm.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for intelppm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for intelppm.sys
     intelppm+0x1193
    Driver Description: Intel Processor driver
    Driver Update Site: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx

Your driver is old, dated Wed Feb 8 15:16:35 2012

. There are updated drivers on the Gigabyte web site for your board.

Try them and check the other drivers, make sure all are up to date.

Full memory dump shows above also and still a problem with Nvidia (which I see you updated to latest):
    Code:
ffff840d`34c7d1a8 fffff804`7511a758*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
      nvlddmkm+0x20a758
