Random Blue Screen on new HP 745/755 G5 laptops.

    Hey Guys

I would really appreciate some help with random blue screens I have been getting on new HP 745/755 G5 laptops.
Latest bios and drivers are installed.

The blue screens mostly refer to what failed: netio.sys / Stop code:unexpected_kernel_mode_trap
    On occasion refer to ndi.sys

    Thanks in advance.

There are no dumps in the zip file you uploaded and no full C:\Window\memory.dump or any mini dumps under C:\Windows\minidump.

I see a ton of these in Event Viewer:
    Attachment 230535

Try downloading and installing from here: HP EliteBook 745 G5 Notebook PC

    Alcor Micro Smart Card Reader 1.7.46.1308 Rev.B 1.1 MB Mar 6, 2019

How to fill out System Specs for tenforums.

See here: System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums

Fill out as much as you can, especially the Manufacture and full model number of the computer if purchased or the system board if custom built.

    Hi Ztruker

    Thanks for the assistance.
I have uploaded a fresh version of the log collector results...not sure what happened to the 1st export.
The smart card reader has been working, but I'll go ahead and install the driver.

Just to add the bsod occurs when connected vi WiFi, Ethernet or Cellular and can sometimes be triggered when accessing a files from network shares.

Here are the full system specs

    Thanks

All dump shows a problem with nipctl.sys.
    Code:
    BugCheck 7F, {8, fffff8060b46ee70, ffffa980b71b2ff0, fffff802ccea5a09}
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nipctl.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nipctl.sys
    Probably caused by : tcpip.sys
Driver Description: Novell XTier Transport Layer

    Driver Update Site: http://developer.novell.com/devres/drivers/

    You have Novel software installed:
    Code:
Novell CASA Authentication Token Client (x64)
    Novell ZENworks Full Disk Encryption-x64
    Novell ZENworks Remote Management
If you don't need this software, uninstall it. If you do need it, see if there is a newer version available.
