Hal.dll and ntoskrnl.exe crashes. (BSOD - Clock Watchdog Timeout)

Just 2 days ago I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Pro. Didn't have any major problems at all apart from not having Realtek Audio Manager installed properly but that was fixed with a simple driver install. But earlier on the day I had a BSOD, and then another one just an hour ago. Checked Bluescreenviewer to see what was causing it but it doesn't tell much apparently (One was at 4 PM which only marked hal.dll and one at 11 PM which marked both hal.dll and ntoskrnl.exe). Wanna see if you guys could help me out with this one.

https://pastebin.com/Sw6Cb18k (Dxdiag report of my system info)

Also there's the thing from the Beta log collector.

If I'm missing something important regarding my pc or if you guys need any additional info that can be useful to you. Please do tell me.

How to fill out System Specs for tenforums.

See here: System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums

Fill out as much as you can, especially the Manufacture and full model number of the computer if purchased or the system board if custom built.

Thanks, according to msinfo32, you have a Acer Aspire M3985. Is that correct?

The 4/12 11:12Pm dump shows a roblem with atikmdag.sys which belongs to your AMD Radeon HD 7700.
    Code:
    ffffe788`be64c258 fffff803`72086f84Unable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\c0340998.inf_amd64_4e7ad8ec950b7e37\B340755\atikmdag.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmdag.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for atikmdag.sys
     atikmdag+0x86f84
Driver Description: ATI Video driver (remove the Catalyst Control Center and only install the Display Driver)
Driver Update Site: AMD Radeon™ HD 7770 GHz Edition Drivers & Support.
All 7700 series cards use the same driver set.

Remove and install latest video drivers:

Get the latest driver for your video card from the Driver Update Site shown above.
Completely uninstall the current display drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from WagnardMobile here: Official Download Here. Do this in Safe Mode.

Then do a custom install of only the Display driver.

See if that gets rid of the problem.
