BSOD on Restart, Boots fine from cold power up

If I am in Windows 10 and choose "Restart" or the OS reboots from a software install/update, I get a BSOD after post.

    The screen reads:
    Recovery
Your PC/Device needs to be repaired
The operating system couldn't be loaded because the kernel is missing or contains errors.
    File: /windows/system32/ntoskrnl.exe
    Error code: 0xc0000221

If I power the system down or do a shut down, from a cold power off, it boots fine every time. Only a warm restart causes this error.

    1) Perform a cold boot

    3) Backup all files by copy and paste to another drive or the cloud or making a backup image or both

The logs displayed piracy / crack.

    See rule #4:

Which steps were performed in post #2?

What steps were performed for post #4?

    Which software was uninstalled?

For your post 2, I have done the in place upgrade repair just before I posted on this forum, actually did it twice till I realized a cold boot allowed me to get back into the system, so I have not done it again. I have my system backup up on a NAS, so did not need to do that. I did disable fast boot which had no affect as my issue occurs for soft restarts only, not for cold boot.

This is a new system build, the only software that I could not find my license for was Adobe creative suite 6. During the November earthquake my workshop got thrashed and I still have boxes of crap that came out of bookshelves that I had to sort through to find my damn license. So I didn't uninstall anything for your post 4, but i removed the keygen and put my license in.
