    was a BSOD now it's stuck on boot up screen


    Hello, so my laptop was giving me the BSOD then I tried to do a recovy now it's stuck in a loop when I boot my laptop it show a screen that says instillation failed then it restarts. I ran the ram test I'll post those pics. Any other suggestions on what I could do? Thank you for your help!Attachment 230342Attachment 230343Attachment 230344

    Hi natenate22. Welcome to the TenForums @natenate22

    First I would get your data off using Kyhi's recovery disk.

    Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk

    When you say recovery could you elaborate. There is a refresh of Windows, two different flavours, a system restore and recovery where you fall back to an older version (only available for 10 days after a feature update). There may be others but it would help others if they understood exactly what you were doing. Might also help if you could give any details on BSOD.

    First things first, get your data off.
