    Update :
1 - The USB that was created by Microsoft tool did not work under UEFI, I had to create one using Rufus and it worked.
2 - Made a fresh install of the windows and made sure it is working as it should, Created a backup image of the fresh install
3 - Used Macrium to restore the Old system partition, and it did not work!!!.......although I un-ticked the restore of the system partition in hope to use the new ones.
4 - back to macrium to restore the fresh install image, it did not work as well.
5 - Made a backup image out of program files/folder with app data and everything hoping that I can restore what can be restored at some point.
6 - Ended up installing a new one again.

I would like to thank axe0 for spending so much time on helping me, really appreciate your time man.

and to thank everyone else contributed or tried to help.

I'm officially scared of BSOD's forever

Sorry to hear it didn't work, but I'm glad you're back up and running again.
