    Too bad.

I'm going offline now, and will be sleeping over this. Hopefully tomorrow with a fresh mind we can figure out the root cause.

I've discussed your situation a bit with Phil (@philc43) and we want to find out if your idea from the first post works, in our opinion it should work. Although I am a bit suspicious there are still some issues with the Windows partition, SFC basically confirmed that the most important files are intact and it should allow you to get back in Windows.
11 - After trying many different solutions, I was thinking of doing the following (no idea if it makes since)
a - clone the current windows partition on the SSD (the one with the loop)
b - format the drive using Windows 10 installation
    c - Install a fresh install
d - recover the cloned partition to override the newly installed one
Something I'd like to mention, I would not suggest to clone the current Windows partition but instead make a backup of it and use the backup on the SSD. I've had some trouble with cloning a partition and could only get into Windows after deploying a backup.

do you mean just copy and paste? don't understand what backup means in this case.

Also do you know any program that backup's the programs and its data so i can move all the programs and its data to a fresh install ?

A backup is an image talking from Macrium perspective, and probably other vendors as well.

I don't know of any software that can do that.
Something quite advanced, you could install those programs somewhere else and monitor the process using Process Monitor from SysInternals tools to keep track of everything that happens which would allow you to duplicate the process and copy all the files and make the necessary registry edits to install the program, though I don't recommend this if you're not familiar with the registry or feel uncomfortable with this.

So What do you think about the following Process:

    1 - Shrink current partition from 465 to 150
    2 - Create a a partition out of the un-allocated space.
3 - Use macrium to backup the current 150 and add to the new one
    4 - format the 150
5 - Install a fresh windows on it
6 - Use macrium to restore the backup image
    7 - Hope it works.

also believe me right now i feel comfortable enough to copy each program one by one and file by file.

    I like the process.

That's great, but what about the registry / Windows database? That's something else.

there is no way to backup the registry without having a functional system ?
