New laptop BSOD bad_pool_header occurs at random

Just bought this, its for my dad but it keeps doing the same BSOD. It was wiped already so theres not really anything on it. Its a dell i3-7100U, 8gb ram, 1tb hdd. I really like the machine and don't want to return it, they don't have anymore of this one. So I'm hoping its something simple. I also tried running the windows memory test and it came back clean, but I did only run a basic test. I attached dumps here. Thanks in advance for anyone who is willing to read these dumps and help me out, I really appreciate it.

The zip file you uploaded is empty, nothing in it. Which log collector did you run.
Use the v2-beta17.zip. Follow the direction in the link.
