In one drive when viewing the file right click on the file.
In the menu there should be an option to create a share link.
Then copy the link and paste the link into the thread (the usual copy and paste)

The latest mini dump file displayed bugcheck 154.
Bugcheck 7A is KERNEL DATA INPAGE ERROR.
This bugcheck was not seen in the collected mini dump file.

The computer has one RAM module: 8 GB DDR4.

    Run Memtest86 version 8.1 for 4 passes.
MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool

Use a camera or smartphone camera to take a picture and post an image of the results into the thread.
Also post share link for the text report into the thread.
If there are no errors then repeat the test so that there are a total of 8 passes.

Test the RAM as per the prior post.

Test the drive using HD Tune: (free version)
    https://www.hdtune.com/
Post images into the thread for results on these tabs:
    a) Health (SMART)
    b) Benchmark
    c) Full error scan

What did you mean by 2 os rebuilds?
Were they clean installs, reset save files, in place upgrades, restoring an image, or something else?

Were any of the hardware tests performed? Memtest or HD Tune? If so can you post results into the thread?

If there are no BSOD and you are happy with the computer performance then that will conclude the troubleshooting.
If there are computer problems then it would be useful to test the hardware.
A significant portion of the testing can be performed overnight.
