I have replaced the Ram once already, matched pair, Corsair DDR4 2 X 8GB, CMK16GX4M2B3200C16, Timings 16 18 18 36. Bios [UEFI] sees it as 2100 Mhz, 15, 15, 36. I am suspecting it is a timing error from
when Ram holds something in a register and windows goes to access it ?? or visa-versa. ???
The only hardware component I haven't R+R is the CPU. I did run cpuz in default and stress mode using target cpu. ran for about an hour no faults, don't know if i should run longer or what ??
Mobo original was the ROG STRIX Z390-h Gaming, RMA'ed and replaced with current Mobo,
R+R Ram sticks as stated.
R+ R PSU with known good. still failed, re-installed current PSU.
disconnected everything from the case that connected to Mobo, all except the pwr switch.
Ran system with GPU connected via DP port and without using mobo via hdmi.
I even swapped a known good keyboard and known good mouse.
3 months now and cant get stable. system spec profile is up to date.
