2) Open disk management > by default the columns are compressed > widen each Status and Volume > for the Status column check each row and make sure the characters within the parenthesis are in full view in each row > check the disk 0 row to see whether it needs to be widened in the lower portion of the image > post an image into the thread
3) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste: (all commands at one time)

4) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
5) When there are problems with drives some end users make backup copies and use the drive until it dies and others replace the drive as soon as they have problems. The likelihood of having an unexpected drive failure is known if the drive is used until it is no longer usable.
