    BSOD During everyday Usage

Since i have gotten my laptop i have been getting many BSODs these are the things i have done:
    sfc /scannow (16 times)
    chkdsk /r (2 times)
chkdsk /f (both drives 5 times)
Reset windows with remove everything through settings app
Fresh windows install through settings app.
    DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth (6 times)

I get crashes all the time, sometimes im playing a game, browsing with google chrome (always less than 6 tabs open), and sometimes on the desktop afking for a few minutes.

I have recently fresh installed windows so i only have 2 crashes in event viewer. My laptop is also not creating minidumps and event viewer says:
    Source: volgmr
    Event ID: 161
    level: error
details: Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation.

    Hi Firecatmon,

When did you get your laptop?
    I assume there's warranty?

If the crashes occured a short period after receiving the laptop, it's usually best to return the laptop and get it replaced.

Could you tell me when the crashes started, how frequent they were and do you remember what the stop codes were?

The most frequent I remember are:
    UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION
    and
    CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED
It started a week after I got the laptop. It crashed around every 1 and a half hours (on average) sometimes I get 3 within 20 minutes and sometimes I get none for 5 hours (usually while playing gamesi crash a lot less. I still crash when playing games but I feel it is a lot less often than browsing with chrome)

The 0x154 (store exception) and 0xEF (process died) are commonly caused by hard drive failure or faulty RAM. With your description I am suspicious of the RAM.

Please download MemTest86, the free edition. Insert a USB or CD/DVD (rewritable) of at least 300MB large and bootable, run the downloaded executable (extract the zip if needed) and install MemTest86 on the USB or CD/DVD.
Reboot your laptop and press F12 before Windows starts to load to get in the boot menu, in there select the USB or CD/DVD on which MemTest86 is installed. MemTest86 should automatically start, if not just press S key to start the test.
MemTest86 will run different tests on the memory and in total will run 4 passes, afterwards you have the option to save a report of the result which will be saved on the USB under 'EFI\BOOT'. Please upload the report.

    No problem.

I would like to wait for a few crashes to get a better idea of the situation.

Sure! I have gotten a few crashes but i haven't been getting minidumps.
The error i always find in Event Viewer just before the crash says there is an error in creating the dump.Attachment 226622

    Would this be a problem?

    Hi Firecatmon,

Looking over the event logs there are a number of events that indicate a PCIe hardware problem:

    Code:
    Event[1146]:
      Log Name: System
      Source: Microsoft-Windows-WHEA-Logger
      Date: 2019-03-04T20:57:48.384
      Event ID: 17
      Task: N/A
      Level: Warning
      Opcode: Info
      Keyword: N/A
      User: S-1-5-19
      User Name: NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL SERVICE
      Computer: LAPTOP-86LRA5P3
      Description:
A corrected hardware error has occurred.

    Component: PCI Express Root Port
Error Source: Advanced Error Reporting (PCI Express)

    Bus:Device:Function: 0x0:0x1C:0x5
    Vendor ID:Device ID: 0x8086:0x9D15
    Class Code: 0x30400
From the Vendor Device ID: 0x8086 = Intel, and 0x9D15 = Sunrise Point-LP PCI Express Root Port.

In device manager you will see this as: "Mobile Intel(R) Processor Family I/O PCI Express Root Port #6".

Given that you are sometimes seeing STORE_EXCEPTION, indicating that something has gone wrong with your storage subsystem (which is why no crash dumps are able to be saved to disk), and that it is an NVMe disk and communicating over the PCIe root complex I think the problem is in one of two places:

    1. Your LITEON NVMe drive (your boot drive) is generating the errors due to hardware failure or faulty firmware. Check to see if there is a firmware update available for this device.
    2. Your PCIe root complex is generating the errors due to a hardware failure or a faulty chipset driver. I believe you are using the most recent chipset driver (10.1.5.1) from Lenovo's site, but I'd suggest you try a driver straight from Intel.
