Could you reinstall the latest chipset drivers from Lenovo.

Please let us know how your system is after some time of using it.

My system has continued to crash. I am still getting the same errors at random.
Not sure if this helps but every time i get the error "critical_process_died". My laptop will start lagging, right clicking the task bar will either not work or it will show a grey popup with not buttons, keyboard becomes very laggy and then i crash. After startup custom scaling is removed (works after signing back in) and my keyboard does not work, i have to go into sleep mode and turn back on my laptop so i can get keyboard working for sign in.
(again I'm not sure if that helps)

Thank you all for helping regardless if this gets fixed or not

Could you upload the results of the chkdsk's you ran.

I dont have any chkdsk results for my C drive since i reset my laptop. And now when i try and run chkdsk on my C drive, when i restart, it will say "scanning and repairing drive (C:)...." and then a few seconds after this appears the laptop will just startup and open windows and there is nothing about it in event log (when i search chkdsk).

This is my results from the D: drive chkdsk

I would like to have a look at the health of the drives.
Please go to Download Crystal Dew World and click the blue zip button which will download a portable version of CrystalDiskInfo. Extract the zip file and run diskinfo64.exe which will ask for administrator rights, please allow it.
CrystalDiskInfo uses 3 colors for indication

    • Blue = good
    • Yellow = warning
    • Red = bad

A little below the menu you'll see drives with each a circle with a color, if any of these is NOT blue please click it.
Before making a screenshot, please do the following
    - Go to function > Advanced feature > raw values, change it to 10 [DEC]
    - Make sure all attributes are clearly visible
Make a screenshot of CrystalDiskInfo and post this screenshot in your next post.
