Each of the testing software has different testing algorithms.
So a good in one test (the best for the Samsung) many have only evaluated a limited number of parameters.
Or it may have a different evaluation method for the same parameters.

See what the reports are using other free software:

Crystal Disk as per Ztrucker in post #6
CrystalDiskInfo Portable (disk health monitoring) | PortableApps.com

    HD Tune (free version)
    https://www.hdtune.com/
Post images into the thread for results on these tabs:
    a) Health (SMART)
    b) Benchmark
    c) Full error scan

Sea Tools for Windows long generic scan:

I'm not seeing anything useful in the dumps. nfo WerData showed you had 31 BSODS since the 1st of the year.
Event log shows a lot of Norton problems:
    Attachment 226013
You say your Antivirus is Comcast and Norton. Please uninstall Norton for now and run with Windows Defender which is a perfectly good AV program. See if that makes a difference. What AV software are you using from Comcast?

Also, run the beta log collector and upload the resulting zip file. It collects additional data that may be of use.
    Rich,

My system was rock-solid stable once I removed Norton security and started using Windows Defender. Thanks.

That was then. Starting in late April, I was getting frequent BSODs again. Different reasons. Then all quieted down until this morning, when I had five BSODs in less than one hour. I've been running the beta collector, and I'm going to start some new threads.
