BSOD right after Windows loading screen (PFN_LIST_CORRUPT)

    I believe the issue is that with networking disabled, the system cannot check in with Microsoft's licensing servers or (if they are a corporate user) their local key management server.

    So if you use Safe mode with networking? I'll try it and report back.

    Edit: Here are the zips from Safe mode and Safe mode with networking:

    Both show SL_LICENSING_STATUS_UNLICENSED, so network connection is not the issue, probably a service that is not running.

    The main difference I see so far is this:
