My Win 10 doesn't boot more - 0x32 error - Disk metadata test

    Hello all,
i followed zbook and freebooter guides in this superb forum but still i haven't found a solution

In my desktop pc with win 10 enterprise, after having found 2 threats with malwarebytes, the software asked me to reboot, i did and windows stops booting, it says diagnostic analysis and then returns the message that it cannot start the OS, telling me to watch the log at C:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt
The text in the log is the one in the thread object, 0x32 error disk metadata test

I used my other pc, a laptop with win 10 home, i tried doing a bootable win10 USB drive and also i used the iso on a disc but it didnt work on the damaged OS PC, so i opted to move to Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk, i made a fat32 drive (32gb) where i extracted the iso files of the downloaded image, after that i downloaded the PESE_BootMenu_Option.7z and put both Pese-UEFI and Pese-MBR bat files on my flash drive, ran them assigning the letter (i gave the flash drive letter, H in my case) and the boot entry name.
When i insert the flash drive in the usb port of the PC with damaged OS and try to boot nothing happens, it seems doing something but after it gives me the error that you can see in the attached image. I can't boot from usb =( i would like to, in order to follow your guides to repair the system
Surely i did a wrong procedure, im not expert, please help me, thanks

ehi zbook, i updated the specs, i have the bootrec /fixboot access denied issue when i try with media tool usb bootable drive and command prompt to restore the boot.
    bootrec /fixmbr completes good
bootrec /scanos finds an installation of win but not in my original folder (C), K instead
    bootrec /fixboot doesnt work
bootrec /rebuildbcd works but when it tells me to add the k:\windows installation i do yes or all but it tells me, impossible to identify the device. im stuck man
sorry but i can't take pictures for now, because i have workers at home to fix the hydraulic system and cannot properly move around..
if you could tell me how to fix it or how to restore win and the boot through my kali linux distro (i have it burned on dvd and can run live session) it would be very appreciated... i have all my job files on that pc! thank you really..

    1) What are the status of the files on the computer?
    a) had the files been backed up to another drive or the cloud?
    b) had a backed up image been made and the image saved to another disk or to the cloud?
    c) had you used Kyhi boot rescue to backup files to another drive or to the cloud?
    d) had you used Ubuntu to backup files to another drive or to the cloud?
    e) had you moved the drive to an empty bay of another computer to backup files?
    f) had you used an external hard drive enclosure to backup files?

Once the files are backed up there are trial and error steps that can be performed.
If none of the trial and error steps fixes the underlying problems (boot +/- operating system +/- registry etc.) then the remaining options may be reset save files equivalent or clean install.
