BSOD Memory Management after the last Win10 Update (this week)

    Hello,

I just wonder whether someone else had the similar problem as I did.
On Feb 12, 2019, the latest Win10 update was installed on my PC.
    Until then, it worked flawlessly.
Suddenly, it started with BSOD Memory Management error and it did it several times since then.
I was able to restore the system to the last restore point which was automatically created before the update and everything was OK for two days. Then it happened again. I checked and noticed that the updates were updated again. Today, I had three reboots with BSOD. Unfortunately, I wasn't smart enough to create a manual restore point and the one I had disappeared when I uninstalled Adobe update (hoping this was the problem) and the new one is, of course, automatic, created just before the Adobe uninstall.
So, I cannot go backward, cannot uninstall updates, the current situation is bad and I just wonder what to do. I did sfc test, my PC BIOS tests, chkdsk. I wouldn't like to reinstall Windows as some recommend before trying everything else.

Anyone else with the similar issue after this update?

    Thanks,

    Mike

    Hi miki11,

    Please see posting instructions:
BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums

There may be hidden causes of the BSOD that can be found using debugging software.
Most often BSOD are caused by misbehaving software or hardware drivers).
Other less common causes of BSOD are firmware and malfunctioning hardware.
Windows updates can cause BSOD but is very uncommon compared to the others.

Update the specs in the "My Computer" section:

In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.

Include PSU. cooler, case, peripherals and anything attached to the computer by wired or wireless (mouse, keyboard, headset, printer, xbox, USB wireless network card, etc.)

Windows updates can often be uninstalled.

The Windows updates may be coincidence.
Once the logs are troubleshooted it may be possible to determine the cause.

    H,
Thanks for your reply. I was pretty busy so I didn't check my emaiIs before.
Yesterday evening, I uninstalled some of the last Windows updates, the ones that were uninstallable, and I had no problems since then. I'll wait for a few more days before I conclude that this fixed my PC, but compared to the previous days with three or so reboots, today I look at this more optimistically.

Hey dude, you are not the only one experiencing this. Just had to undue changes from update so my system could boot. 20/2/2019 is when I did the update and after I uninstalled update It booted properly with no problems after that. So whatever caused your PC to BSOD hasn't been fixed. Currently doing a Windows Memory Diagnostic on safe mode to see if It detects any problems, though I highly doubt it. This seems to be related directly to the latest update. I won't be doing further updates through the windows update and security tools.

OK, definitely, it looks the problem has gone by uninstalling the updates. BSOD free since three days. Much better than three BSODs in one day as was the case.
